High quality apartment scheme scoops winning position in Awards

Higgins Homes, an Essex-based housebuilder, has proved that every buyer deserves quality by winning first place at the prestigious First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards. Within the category ‘Best First Time Buyer Apartment’, Higgins Homes beat off stiff competition with the winning development, New Stratford Works. 

The annual Awards highlight the many lengths housebuilders go to in order to help buyers onto the ladder. Now in their eleventh year, the Awards’ ethos is to celebrate projects that deliver aspirational properties within the budget of the first time buyer. 

This year’s Awards were hosted online by television presenters Jonnie Irwin from A Place in the Sun and Nicki Chapman from Escape to the Country. Each category was shortlisted by a panel of industry expert judges and then readers of First Time Buyer Magazine were given the deciding vote through an online system.
