It’s within walking distance to the City, I can see lots of new bars and cafes around and eventually there’s going to be Crossrail. I’m on the second floor and the views I have towards the City and the West of London are just incredible, I’ve a lovely balcony with plenty of room so I can sit out and take advantage of the impressive sights. It feels like this is very friendly place to live and there’s a nice community feeling around, a lot of young professionals have purchased homes here and the roof terrace, with it’s 360 views, is a good place to go and meet others.

When I decided to purchase my home, I dealt with Mitch, Amber and Carolena who were all very professional and responsive. They were very happy to help in any way they could and when I needed some assistance in measuring things up, which can sometime be difficult with a new build property, they were more than willing to assist. The site team was also helpful when I first moved in, they showed me around and made sure that I knew how everything worked.

I’m very pleased with my apartment, it’s been finished well and I am quite happy with all the equipment that’s been included, along with the flooring. The actual building is only 7 floors high but despite this there are 2 lifts and there are also 2 lobbies for security; it’s features like this that make it a very comfortable and safe place to live. There are stunning views of London and these have been enhanced by the addition of floor length windows and when the weather is good, the sun shines through my apartment from lunchtime until sunset and it’s glorious. From my bedroom I have a 180 view towards the City, across from the Gherkin – it’s just such a fantastic aspect.
I’d definitely recommend Higgins Homes…
…because the homes are a good size, the aspect is brilliant and I’m really pleased there’s a roof garden.
