Reasons to Buy your new home at New Stratford Works

He was happy to show us around and help with anything we wanted.  At one point we were deciding between this property and another one and it took us over twenty minutes just to think through things.  What was nice was that he was completely fine letting us have our own space to talk and to make our phone calls without any pressure.

New Stratford Works is in quite a convenient location close to the underground stations, Westfield and with other local amenities close by.  East Village is right next to us, and my girlfriend loves visiting all the shops and cafes, as well as the cheese shop and the butcher.  You can get anything you want here, and I love that it’s constantly expanding.  Things are modern and up to date.  I’m happy to see new buildings rising up and everything looking even more pretty every year.

I’m quite a techie, so it’s nice to be in a home where pretty much all the major rooms have a load of plug sockets and Ethernet ports.  It’s great that it’s up to date with the most modern hob and refrigerator.  It’s nice that everything is new. 

“I did have a little concern about new builds needing time to settle and having little cracks and imperfections show up.” 

When we had the Higgins Homes guys in to do the cosmetic inspection, the people who came around were amazing.  They did everything we asked for and to a really good standard.  It’s also nice to have the peace of mind that they provide cover for a period of two years.

I’d definitely recommend Higgins Homes...

...because I really like how responsive the sales team and the after sales team have been.
