Winners announced: Success at The First Time Buyer Readers Awards 2022

The results for the much anticipated First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards have been revealed, celebrating the frontrunners of the first time buyer market. Some of the industry’s biggest names were recognised at the awards ceremony on Friday 2nd September, which was hosted by television legends Jonnie Irwin and Nicki Chapman, and sponsored by land agency Walter Cooper.

The shortlist for the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards was compiled by an expert panel of judges, with all shortlisted entries subject to a round of voting by readers of First Time Buyer Magazine before the winners were selected. This year, the awards were held at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, which saw over 500 industry representatives in attendance.

Higgins Homes are delighted to have won Highly Commended for Alphabet in the Best Small Development category at the First Time Buyer Readers' Awards 2022!

The category aimed to demonstrate developments that used the best design and quality to create desirable, affordable, and inspiring environments to allow people to set up their first home. Alphabet is a stylish new development of 30 one, two and three bedroom apartments, set around a beautifully landscaped courtyard. With smart interiors and a high specification, residents also benefit from access to outside space with every apartment featuring a balcony or winter garden.

The judges were also looking for schemes that fit into the local environment and can show how the design stands out and appeals to the target market. Higgins Homes had to also show what contribution they had made to improvements in the wider community.
